Draught @ MBCC 2023, Copenhagen. Red Session. Pours cloudy red with a bubbly head. Vinous and dry. Red berries. Clean - touch of barnyard but perhaps lacking some funk. Harmless.

Tap. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is nectarine, peach, stonefruit, good funk. Taste is the same, great fruitiness, tempting. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Awesome flavour profile!

Tap. Murky orange color with white head. Aroma is funky yoghurt, raspberry, some other exotic fruits?, ah yes, Gewürztraminer. Taste is the same. Milky mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Fun.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out barnyard funk and crisp apple cider. Flavour is bone dry, with apple skins and barnyard funk. Bone dry and funky, but could have more complexity.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a clear rose with almost head. Aroma brings out lots of dry grape skins, some apple skins, and gentle barnyard funk. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of bone dry grape skins, some gentle apple skins, and moderate funk. Really nice addition of the grapes. Excellent.
