Clear amber, thin, off-white head. Aroma of sour grape, rhubarb, plum, quince. Taste has sour grape, plum, earthy rhubarb, vinegar aspect, herbal edges. Woody-tannic finish with old grassy hops, lemon acid & some white wine-like, almost dry sherry-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Good, but I can never get really excited about these beers.

Pours clear, peachy. Scent is dry, full, fruity, elegant, mild wood. Taste is full, dry, acidic. Mildly fruity, fairly complex. Dry tartness. Malty, lactic acid. OK .

Bottle @ Belgian Summer Gathering Sept' 21, Evergem.
Couleur orange sur un léger voile, col fin blanc.
Arôme aux effluves prenantes de baies d'aronia, je suppose, qui donnent un bouquet unique - jus pressé, baies, funk, acerbe assez marqué, rétro boisé modéré, côté saison rustique plus en retrait, je note un côté un peu vieille bière.
Palais présente un fort caractère de baies aronia, dont une astringence marquée, cerise aigre, léger funk sur un côté tannique plutôt élevé. Combinaison plus de malt pils en retrait pour la base de saison ? Le caractère de saison est plutôt discret, ici léger boisé reste en fin de bouche.

Pretty cloudy peach pink orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: very fruity, super complex, very nice, lots of peaches, lambic, brett notes, good stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, fruity, bitter touch, lovely, citrus notes, juicy, peaches, pretty sourish. Aftertaste: very acidic, fruity, some vinegar, very complex, super juicy, lots of apricots and peaches, gentle bitterness, some tannins, lovely stuff, very nice beer!

MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, bitter, dry, fruity, nice! Aftertaste: spicy, yeasty, bitter, sourish, dry, tannins, good stuff!
