NYC Beer Week Opening Bash: pours super light haze with a white head. Aroma is citrus and really nice tropical fruit. Excellent flavor. Not bitter. Quite juicy. What is good.

16oz can pours a hazy dark gold with some rocky, fluffy white head. Nose has honey, flowers, some lemon and tangerine. Fairly mild, perhaps some herbs. Flavor is alright, grassy, orange, tangerine, soap, herbs, flowers, honey. Finishes mostly dry.

16oz can pours a hazy, straw yellow with some sticky, lacing, white head. Nose is interesting, there is quite a bit of yeasty ester, almost a touch of wit bier in the nose, straw, grass, perfume, lime curacao orange. Flavor has some passion fruit, curacao orange, lime, straw, grass, some perfume, a little mint. Finishes dry, some spearmint.

16oz can pours a dark orange with a ring of white head. Nose is orange, grapefruit, pith, pine, soap. Flavor is very bitter with orange and grapefruit, pine, soap, a little preserved lemon. Finishes full bodied, bitter, sticky. Old school.

At the source: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is mostly grapefruit and citrus and hints of pineapple juice. Taste is slightly juicy. Some citrus. Not too heavy. Not bad.

At the source on nitro: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is coffee and toasty malts. Easy drinking coffee heavy stout. Not bad.
