Can from Beer Bruvs. It pours hazy dark copper with a decent frothy white head. The aroma is earthy, nutty, brown bread, sticky rice, sake, floral accents, rivita and spice. The taste is crisp, dry, fragrant, floral, earthy black tea, light tannins, dried leaves, dull sweetness underneath, sake, juniper and toasted nuts with a drying, black tea finish. Average body and carbonation. An interesting combo for sure. Novel.

Draught @ Lost Farmer taproom. Pours clear light amber with small foamy dark beige head, faint pumpkin-malt aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter caramel-malt taste with pumpkin flavor, thin body, medium finish. Not very exciting.

Can on the train to Inverness, thanks to Dave, 09/10/21. Light black with a tan cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dark malts, chocolate, figs, rocky roads, molasses, brown sugars, hint of coffee. Taste comprises chocolate, honeycomb, sweet malts, candied sugars, peach. Medium bodied plus, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of alcohol. Not bad if a touch on the sweet / perfumed side.

Can. Pours slightly hazy golden, large fluffy white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is guava, passionfruit, hint of lime, sea air. Flavor is barely tart, hint of salt, delicate fruit. Light body. Pretty crushable.
