12 oz can from Tavour, 12/30/19. Darker caramel color, kinda rusty, with spotty lace. Mid-sweet maltiness. Toffee, caramel, bread, and some orange. Good flavor profile. On the sweet side for the style. Good mouthfeel. A tasty, though a little too sweet beer overall. 7/4/7/4/14

16 oz can from Tavour, 11/26/19. Pours a rusty, darker orange color with a thick, foamy beige head that takes a little while to dissipate. Nose of very ripe citrus, grains, and some alcohol. Drinks a little bitter. Mouthfeel is too fizzy. Overall this beer is just not quite there for me. There's some good stuff here, but it's a little muddled and a little unrefined and a little flawed. 6/3/7/3/13

Can from Tavour Slightly hazy deep light golden color with a decent sized short lived tightly bubbled white head. Big grapefruit and rind on the nose and flavor with earthy citrus pine and grass as well. Light bready malt barely breaks through the onslaught of fruit. Mild bitterness almost devoid of the chunky mouthfeel common to the style pretty tasty beer

16 oz can from Tavour. Hazy pour with small foamy head. Aroma is fruity, faint, tightrope walking the line between citrus and tropical. Taste is gently tart, sweet and bitter, sense some dry hopping here. Nice weight and feel.

16 oz can from Tavour. Pale golden with a light haze, nice fluffy head, big clumpy lacing and lots of fine carbonation. Aroma is bready with light citrus notes. Taste is more the biscuit malts, light lemon peel zest, gentle bitterness. The feel is beautiful, thi\ck, creamy and exceptionally smooth for a beer of this potency. No sign of the ABV whatsoever.

Can, by way of a trade. Murky gold, with a bit of a grey tinge. Thick, foamy head, collapses to a thin, dense, sticky, lasting layer of white. Nose has ripe nectarine and peach. Vanilla ice cream. Fairly boozy esters backing the fruit up. Further notes of tinned pineapple and pear. Taste isn’t as sweet as the aroma promises, with a bit of a boozy, estery, ripe citrus bitterness. Still plenty of sticky sweetness on the lips. Smooth mouthfeel. Feels the ABV, though. Soft carbonation. Juicy and ripe citrus to finish. Nice one. Definitely feels the 8.2%, mind you.
