Can from Tavour. Pours rather prune juice color with no real head. Aroma of bourbon and dark fruit. Full bodied. Flavor of dark fruit - prunes even? - bourbon, dark but not burnt malt and some yeast/spice. Rather mouth smacking. Heat is no problem - just adds flavor. Really good ale.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy orangey gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is tropically juicy citrus. Med plus body. Flavor is tropically juicy citrus, touch of orange zest and some melon/papaya sort of tropical fruit. Reasonably dryish. Moderately bitter. Very lush and tasty.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy, lightly dirty gold with a vigorous foamy white head. Aroma of lemon and pale prunus fruits. Med body. Flavor is juicy, yet towards dry. Flavor is lemon, green melon, pale prunus fruits, and some hardly roasty caramel. Sweet, almost. Dry not so much. Bitter , yes, in enough to please. Good tasting? Yes. Quite good stuff.

16 ounce can. Opaque dark brown color. Foamy tan head. Roasted malt nose is redolent of bittersweet dark chocolate, sweet orange and honey. Flavor pretty much mirrors the nose. Reminds me of an Easter candy I had when I was a child. 10% ABV is well hidden. Orange flavor is quite pronounced. Interesting flavor combinations. Unique taste.

16oz can from Tavour. Normal pour for the style. A real showcase for the Citra hops. A hazy body, small foamy head. Citrusy aroma and taste, grapefruit, pineapple, oranges. Smooth, sweet, zesty, hiding its ABV well.
