Draft pour schooner at the beer junction. Pours a ruby brown color with a thin film head. Sweet pumpkin pie like aroma. Flavor is a ton of spice up front, mixed with a candy sweet malt. Finishes on a huge pumpkin pie note. Interesting saison? Hard to really be sure on style, the pumpkin kinda buries this. At least the flavor is good. Good pumpkin overall.

375 mL bottle, as an extra from Treebute. Shared at my going away cellar clearing party. Cloudy, pale yellow color, with a small, bubbly, white head. Bright aroma of lemon juice, orange peels, light leather, and straw. Very sour, with a good, acidic sweetness. Medium to heavy body, very creamy, very acidic, and a little flat. This is a fun, complex, very intense sour. The group rejected it completely, but I actually like it. It is very strong, and the sourness is a little intense, but this is a well-made, flavorful beer.

The Well, Brooklyn bottle: pours cloudy with a white head. Aroma is cucumber with some funk. Taste is like a cucumber cocktail. Nice carbonated feel to it. Weird and interesting.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilburs. Pours a clear light yellow appearance with a white head. Spritzy, lemon-lime soda in the nose along with white grapes, vanilla, and funk. Well carbonated. Some apple/pear/white grape, lemon, fairly spicy hoppy, spritzy flavor. Tastes kinda like a fruit soda. Less hoppy than the Green Bench version but I still like this one pretty well.

Dark Saison sounded so good to me in 2003. Oh well. Oily odd oddness. New school US offness. Not my thing. Like an adambier.

This beer pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, funky yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of tart citrus, brett, herbs and malt. The finish is fruity with a funky brett aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle at Torst. Chillhazy golden color. Really nice dusty and funky aroms of attic corners and barnyards. Taste is funky, dusty, peppery overripe tropical fruit. Very tasty.
