Bottle at Saraveza, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Nose is all flowers, with Belgian yeast. Very floral - a punch in the face. Flavour is similar, with loads of floral notes. A smash in the face. Interesting stuff, but not drinkable in very high quantities. Decent.

From the March 2014 Pittsburgh Ratebeer gathering. +++ Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this beer poured a red-orange color with a large pinkish white head that faded and left minimal lacing. The aroma was tart, somewhat sweet and vaguely fruity. The flavor was tangy with notes of bread, vague fruits, honey and dough. Medium length tangy fruit finish with honey and bread dough lingering. Medium body. Ok.

On draught at Falling Rock. The beer pours a clear mahogany-brown color with a medium foamy light beige head that diminishes gradually. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, malt and grain. Medium to full body with flavors of chocolate, stone fruit and spicy yeast. The finish is fruity with a pear and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Bottle thanks to Bill. Pours a clear yellow with small off white hewd that diminish to nothing. The aroma is lemon zest, funk, and oak. Thin mouthfeel with light tart lemon and funk with nice light dry finish. Really enjoyed this.

750mL bottle, sent from robloc303 (thanks a lot, Rob), pours a clear dark orange with a tiny head - seems flat. Nose of dry citrus hops, some pine, some wild fruitys, and biscuity malt. Flavour seems like a double wild IPA, with notes of tropical fruits, caramel malts, some resinous hops, and syrupy residual sweetness. Solid stuff, but not my kind of IIPA.

On tap @ Black Bottle. Pours a milky yellow appearance with a white head. Really spicy yeasty, bright citrusy, peppery, somewhat herbal, orange fruity aroma. A touch tart, chewy squash, light caramel, orange citrusy, peppery flavor. OK but I like a lot of their other Saison better.
