Yellow colour with light haze and thin head. It's very grainy. Light, clean, refreshing. Light bitterness in the aftertaste.

Handpull cask from VATS Bar, Brewery Arts Centre, Kendal. Tawny brown, clear with a smooth white head. Wood shavings and light lime peel on the nose, with a light metallic tinge. Sweetish taste with an almost funky woody flavour. Short dry finish with a slightly floral yet medicinal aftertaste. A simple little bitter that does the trick.
