Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, dsuty malt, old malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, old malt, caramel, bread, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160123]

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a snifter. Black with small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is big roasted malt.

Tasted from the tap on the 08/02/2016. Nice Imperial stout with rich and roasty aroma. Coffee and chocolate are present and well balanced.Next one please!

(Draught at Monk’s American Bar, Stockholm, 1 Feb 2016) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with peaches, citrus and bread. Malty, fruity taste with notes of peaches, citrus, bread and floral hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.

Dark blond to orange with dense head. There’s a degree of both malty and fruity/candy sweetness to this one. Pithy, dry bitterness in the finish.

Pitch black colored, small non lasting tan head. Aroma is malty, chocolate creamy spread, burnt sugar, some coffee and roasted malt. Taste is medium+ sweet burnt sugar, chocolate, nuts, Nutella, roasted malt, bit ashy, medium roasty bitterness, dry finish, lasting aftertaste, well hidden alcohol. Strangely enough, I don’t get much dark fruit. Full bodied, soft carbonation, creamy. Easygoing for the style. (bottle, Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte)
