Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a totally opaque dull gold copper body that supports a thin white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up pineapple, guava and tangy tangerine followed by spicy and earthy tea like hops. The taste delivers a wide array of hoppiness with guava, peach, pineapple and then a perfect level of earthy tea. This is well balanced between juicy, bitter and spicy to faintly tea like hops. Solid.

Pint can, courtesy of JPDurden24, thank! pours with a murky dull copper to gold body that supports a thin off white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up juicy mango, papaya, guava, a bit of passion fruit and then a mild green spicy dankness toward the end of the draw. The taste delivers similar notes of juicy malt sweetened mango, guava, papaya and some passion fruit. To midway a pleasing modest spicy bitter hoppy dankness provides a little balance to the juicy tropical fruity onslaught going on here. The abv is nonexistent. Be warned; juiciness takes no prisoners.

On tap at Tap & Bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic farmhouse notes and dry biscuity notes. Flavour is similar, with a lovely rustic farmhouse character upfront, with a tiny touch of stone fruitiness and biscuity malt. Surprisingly authentic and quite deep. Lovely example of an American saison.
