On tap at the brewery pours a murky black with a ring of beige head. Nose has chocolate, toast, malt, cherries, vanilla, grenadine. Flavor is sweet with, vanilla, grenadine, cherry, molasses, malt, grain. Full bodied, sweet finish.

On tap at the brewery pours a dark brown with some bright, sticky white head. Nose has dried fruits, prunes, raisins, booze, malt, a little dried fall fruit. Flavor is heavy with candy and prunes, booze, nail polish, estery too. Boozy and astringent finish.

On tap at the brewery pours a hazy gold with a little peach hue, ring of white head. Nose is heavy passion fruit, lemon curd, unripened stone fruit. Flavor is tart with lemon, passion fruit, grass, some nectarines. Tart finish.

On tap at the brewery pours a dark black with some fizzy, beige head. Nose is beery with wet malt, but tons of sun tan lotion, coconut too. Flavor has coconut meat, toast, sun tan lotion, caramel, mild coffee. Sweet finish.

On tap at the brewery pours a watery black with a ring of white head. Nose is beery, malt, some wet bread, some caramel and vanilla too. Flavor is malty, bready, molasses, a little dried fruit, caramel, mild coffee. Finishes a little sweet.

On tap at the brewery pours a murky black with lacing, clumpy beige head. Nose has dried citrus peel, heavy toast and burnt grains, pine. Flavor is malty, chewy, toast, molasses, some pine and soap. Dry and bitter finish.

Draft @ Texas Steakhouse: Strong peach and lilly nose. Cloudy amber, medium head. Grapefruit, apricot, lemongrass. Full body, easy carbonation. Nice gestalt, balance. Very grapefruity.

4 oz pour on draft at Crooked Run Sterling. Black with light tan head. Aromas of chocolate, cocoa, roasted coffee. Tastes of chocolate, roasty notes, cocoa. Medium body with a dry finish.

Draft at Lost Dog Cafe Alexandria. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was nice citrus, some light pine notes. Flavor was nice resin character. Light tropical fruits. Really nice.
