Draft @ Texas Steakhouse: Strong peach and lilly nose. Cloudy amber, medium head. Grapefruit, apricot, lemongrass. Full body, easy carbonation. Nice gestalt, balance. Very grapefruity.

4 oz pour on draft at Crooked Run Sterling. Black with light tan head. Aromas of chocolate, cocoa, roasted coffee. Tastes of chocolate, roasty notes, cocoa. Medium body with a dry finish.

Draft at Lost Dog Cafe Alexandria. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was nice citrus, some light pine notes. Flavor was nice resin character. Light tropical fruits. Really nice.

Bottle. Pours clear black, medium tan head, dissipates with good residual and lacing. Aroma is roasty, cocoa, espresso notes, vanilla, faint bourbon, earthy. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, vanilla and earthy roast. Bourbon is underwhelming here. Medium body. OK.

Bottle shared at Ratebeer awards show. 30/01/2016. Huge Thanks! A clear mahogany brown coloured pour with thin tan head. Aroma is marzipan brown sugars and cinnamon, choc and vanilla. Flavour is composed of sweet coffee, vanilla, bitter dark chocolate roast, Palate is medium full bodied, moderate carbonation. Good stuff.
