330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 6.0%. Slightly hazy orange colour, huge to large white head. Fairly sharp aroma of woody and resinous hops, a hint of smoke and ashes. The flavour seems unbalanced, some sweetness followed by sharp bittering hops. My bottle was not as fresh as it ought to be, but I doubt that this would be a great beer anyway.

Bottle from Shinanoya close to Shinbashi station. Pours clear, slight amberish hue and sparingly foamy head that is rushing to disappear in a few short minutes. Aroma fails to hit me with crazy happiness - it is more mature, has some bread malt character to it and yes, some fruity Amarillo coming out at the end also. Taste, hover, is mainly about hops. There is a bit of bitter spiciness somewhere as well but overall this beer feels stronger than it is, mainly because of all the hop oils. Unfortunately this sort of unbalances the beer, 6% is a bit weak for this load of hops. But not bad, cures your cravings for hops in no time.

330 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with a fast disappearing white head. Aroma of cooked vegetables and yeast. Flavor is sweet and malty with unpleasant ripe fruit and cooked vegetables. Medium body and aftertaste in same style. Not very pleasant at all, faulty bottle?

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 01.12.15. Ebony. Dense pale brown head and lacing. Aroma of roasted barley, dark chocolate, wood, vegetables and herbs. Similar taste, with decent bitterness. A bit waterish, with too fizzy carbonation,

24.11.2015, tap @ Apollon:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, leafs, lychee, dried mango, grass, fresh hops, sap, leafs, light malts. Taste is dry grassy, leafs, weeds, minerals, harsh hops, bark, moss, cardboard, harsh grass. Longlasting harsh bitterness, medical mouthfeel. Fair enough.
