Description
The “Ritual Lab On the Road” project was created - Reality more unique than rare in Italy! With the goal of delivering directly from the brewery in all of Italy in record time and with maniacal attention towards the transport temperature. This due to our refrigerated vans we can finally propose our beer in the most difficult areas in our peninsula, in every season maintaining a high profile of our product.

Bottled. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is vegetables, acoho, raisin, roasted notes. Flavour is roasted, alcoholic, some mild metallic elements as well as wood. Raisins and some dried fruits with a wee bit of spiciness lurking too. Something wrong?

Black with thin head. Aroma and flavour have lots of cocoa powder. Some dark chocolate. Bittersweet. Something of artificial sweetener and the aftertaste. Weird like saccharin.

Clear dark yellow colour with thin head. Aroma and taste of lemon and lime zest. Background notes of ripe melon but overall very bitter. Good.

330ml. can. @home. 15/06/2023 [#6.510 Global - #106 Italy - #2 Ritual LAB: Brewing & Growing] Pours dark milky yellow with a white head. Aroma: crackers, confectionery and pine. Taste: lot of pine, resinous hops and mandarine. Bit aggresive mouthfeel. Next one please!

Sample @TCBW 2023 Opaque black colour, beige head. Berriesh like vibe in the nose, toasted. Full-bodied. Rhum, wood in the flavour. Semi sweet and barrel presence. Good.
