Description
The “Ritual Lab On the Road” project was created - Reality more unique than rare in Italy! With the goal of delivering directly from the brewery in all of Italy in record time and with maniacal attention towards the transport temperature. This due to our refrigerated vans we can finally propose our beer in the most difficult areas in our peninsula, in every season maintaining a high profile of our product.

Spritzig hopfiger Geruch, der sich im Antrunk immerhin in Teilen bestätigt. Herb, etwas trocken, insgesamt aber sehr fruchtig. Moderat herb, spritzig. 11/10/11/11//11

On tap at EurHop #4, Rome-Italy. Juici yellow pale pour, medium white foam. Nose: fresh grass a bit piney with a pinch of honey. A real blast! Mouth: frizzy, spicy, malty a bit, truly sessionable and tasty. Bravo. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared at La Tana a Bruxelles. Near clear amber with a small off white head. Aroma of citrus, peach, lemon and light malt. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [19-09-2016]

Bottle in Rome hotel room, 23/09/16. Black with a handsome khaki cap. Nose is charr, chocolate, faint cardboard, black pepper, spice, toffee. Taste comprises chocolate malts, charr, spice, raisens, dark cocoa dusting, hint of fruit loaf, leather. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent stout.

Bottle in Rome hotel room, 23/09/16. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off White cap. Nose is straw, bready malts, grass, grains, pale malts. Taste comprises lemon rind, straw, cereal, toasted grains, light bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough crisp clean pils.

Bottle shared at La Tana a Bruxelles. Clear amber brown with a small cream head. Aroma is malty with toffee, caramel and some overripe dark fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [19-09-2016]

On tap @So Good (Rome). Pours pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, melon, tropical fruits, impressive. Flavour is light malty with a good bitter end. Light body, medium carbonation, dry, clean and drinkable. Very nice one!

Bottle from Domus Birrae, Roma. Pours pale golden with an average sized pils head. Aroma of light malt, good level of hop, touch of citrus and caramel. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Body is quite light, average carbonation. Some fruit and bitterness to finish. A nice pils.

Handpump @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Pours deep brown with a medium cappuccino foam. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, mocha, barley candy. Flavour is medium sweet with a decent bitter end. Medium body, soft carbonation. Decent.
