Bottle at RBSG. From notes. Caramel and toffee with a huge bourbon kick. Awesome. I wish I could drink this everyday.

Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours a hazy deep amber brown with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of deep grains with a bit of backing pecan and a touch of pine hops. Flavor has lots of grains with a bit of booze and just an underlying note of pecan.

Big thanks to dak for sharing this. It pours with a clear deep copper body and thin gold edges while supporting a tiny off white head. The aroma has musty sweet dark fruity esters like prunes, raisins, blueberries and plum juice as well as sticky pine hops. The taste is yummy with prunes and raisins soaked in sticky pine sap nuanced molasses. Behind those notes I get a modestly thick layer of smooth sweet bourbon and coconut. This has a terrific balance between hops, dark fruity esters and barrel notes, wow!

Tap at Dahlia’s Pour House. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The nose is earthy, wood, toast, hay and a touch of flavour. The taste is bitter pine, earth, floral, light toast, light caramel, resin and nectarine with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Smooth, well-balanced and rather drinkable.

Bottle thanks to Brian! Pours a clear amber orange with a grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grain with a light pine note and some underlying bourbon notes. Flavor starts with grapefruit with sweet grains and has a finish of bourbon and vanilla.
