Bottle 100 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a clear golden with no head. Dry apple notes in the aroma - discreet though. Medium body, very low in carbonation, dry apple notes ending a little tart. I’m surprised how subdued the apple notes actually are in many German Apfelweins. 261010

Bottled. A light golden cider with no head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet and is dominated by apples, leading to a lightly tart finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Clear pale golden with a bubbly, dissipating head. Tart apple aroma. Medium body, clean and sweet apple accents. Has a light tartness in the finish. Good and not overly sticky, quaffable cider. 040409

Bottle 33cl.Clear light yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate sweet apple - pear, rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090404]

33 cL clear bottle. Pours pale yellow, clear and towards a greenish glare and a fizzy white head. Dry, mild sulphorish apple aroma. Sweet and mild citric flavoured. Light phenolic too. Ends sweet and vague butterish(?).

Bottle, 5.3%. Clear golden colour, small white head. Acidic apple aroma. The flavour starts off with apple notes, turning vinegary and acidic. Also a bit sweet, but in OK balance. Quite low carbonation for cider. A bit like alcopop, but quite good still.
