An dieser Stelle ein großes Dankeschön an Gaffel Becker für die kostenlose Bemusterung mit diesem Bier! Optisch präsentiert sich eine hellgoldgelbe, opaltrübe Wiess, in der sich schöne CO2-Fäden ihren Weg nach oben bahnen. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone gibt sich schön flaumig und gut haltbar. Die Nase wird von leichten und angenehmen Noten umströmt. So darf man sowohl brotige Malznoten, aber auch leicht fruchtig-hefige Noten sowie einen Hauch Zitrus wahrnehmen. Das wirkt schon mal frisch und ansprechend. Der Antrunk kommt weich, angenehm vollmundig mit einer sehr getreidigen Malzigkeit. Am Gaumen macht sich eine breite Malzbasis breit, die Kohlensäure moussiert sehr sehr sanft und eine zarte Säure samt einem typisch obergärigem Fruchtcharakter mischt sich gut dazu. Die weiche Hefecharakteristik samt der zarten Würze und zarten Herbe vervollständigen das überaus interessante, nicht zu komplizierte Gesamtbild. Der guten Haptik steht eine ganz gute Süffigkeit gegenüber. Dieses Bier macht absolut Spaß! Im Nachtrunk halten die Aromen gut und lange an. Sehr langsam stellt sich eine leicht trockene Herbe ein, die zum nächsten Schluck animiert. Mein Fazit: Dieses Bier holt sicher viele Biertrinker ab. Es ist leichtgängig, supersüffig, überfordert nicht und liegt aromatisch irgendwo zwischen einem Zwickl, einem Weizen und einem Kölsch. Richtig gut!

Eingetrübte hellgelbe Farbe mit sehr stabiler weißer Schaumkrone. Fruchtiger, hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich leicht malzig, hopfig fruchtig mit Citrus und Melone. Leicht süß mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

I have a 16 oz can to sample on an early summer, very hot late afternoon. Bought at the local craft beer shop, I am prepared for the pour with a tulip glass from Great Heights. The appearance is a perfectly clear, sparkling, gold body finished with a solidly white head that looks to last awhile. The scent is citrus and grain, no surprises this time. The drink is traditional but better than average I believe. A lemony citrus start along with cereal, biscuit and a hint of apricot sweetness. Tasty enough and better the colder you keep it imho.
