Tap at luppolo 12, rome. Clear golden color big white head. Aroma is juicy fruity malts with notes of peach, pear, plum. A note of starch and candy sugar, light citrusy hops. Tastr light woody and earhty, fruity, winey tones and intense alcohol. Leftover pf wood and dish soap with lime.

Taster at Lambiczoon, Milan, Italy. Pours pale gold with limited foam. Aroma is delicate, with herbal, vegetal and wood. Body is kind of light with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately sour, almost absent bitterness. Final is fairly short and clean.

On tap @EurHop 2019 (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma beige/cappuccino media. Al naso note di malti tostati, caffè, cioccolato fondente. In bocca fa dell'equilibrio la sia arma migliore, attacco dolce, di cioccolato, chiusura amara più caffettosa. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Molto buona, dovrebbe osare un po' di più con il corpo per risultare perfetta.
