23/6/2025. Can from BurBeero, Bari. Enjoyed during our last evening in Giovinazzo. Big orange and tropical fruits aroma, resin, passion fruit, touch leafy and herbal. Medium sweetness with moderate and developing bitterness. Body and carbonation as expected. Decent IPA.

17/6/2025. Draft at Shaka Brew, Pescara, Abruzzo. Not a style I was expecting to find on my visit. Pours clear pale golden with a large frothy white head. Nice smoked citrus aroma.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso viene attratto da ananas e luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è astringente, amarognolo e pulito. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, mango, arancia e ananas.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, biscotto, amaretto, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e limone.

Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana grossolana. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, spezie, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e frutta tropicale.
