Lattina. Arco olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si fermano note di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, pompelmo, ananas e arancia rossa.

Tap at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours pale gold, clear, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely happy/aromatic, piney, herbal. Body is a little oily and dense, with average carbonation. Taste is medium-high bitter, with a little sweetness too. Final is still rich and a little chewy.

Handpump at Luppolo 12. Roast dry nose. Darjest chestnut, tan cream. Chewy chocolate earthy foamy, sweet chocolate, cinnamon, lovely melange.

Canned 330ml. -from Gradi Plato Flaminio Roma. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, light grassy nose. Grassy, grainy, light cereals and touch of fruits with quite bitter finish. Almost harsh.
