Buying this beer directly at Balabiott, Domodossola, during the last year. Opening this can yesterday, sharing it with my wife, on the balcony. For me, it was good, fresh malt, bready, yeasty, fruity, apricot note, discreet bitterness, interesting, 04.09.23, at Epalinges

Directlly from the brewery at Domodossola. Drinking this well brewed neipa, yesterday with some tacos, at Epalinges.Tropical neipa, flavour of pineapple, mango, citrus, rather mineral, malty, some oat, bitter and citrus, creamy texture, aromatic and floral, 19.05.24

Buying this can, directly at the brewery between a break. Drinking it now at home, peacefully, after an afternoon with the children, an ipa with some Belgian influences, smooth, sugar, fruity, peachy, lychee, middle bitterness for an ipa, 24.04.24, at Epalinges without stress.

Best before 10/23, can coming directly from the brewery, opening it yesterday, during the afternoon, hot weather and generous ipa, boozy, malty, cereal, a bit syrupy, sweet, fruity, touch of kiwi, melon, tropical fruits, fair bitterness, hop, sweet, 19.06.24, at Epalinges.

I have picked up this can directly from the brewery, Domodossola, best before 12/23, enjoyable and rather classical double ipa, brewed on the Belgian, clear note of sugar, sweet, fruity, white grapes, syrupy, oat and malt, bitterness a bit borin, 26.06.24, drinking it at Epalinges.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore oro pallido velato, al naso intenso mango poi ananas agrumi frutta tropicale resina note erbacee, in bocca malto caramello ananas uva pompelmo resina, corpo rotondo, alcool ben bilanciato, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato, astringente. Una DIPA ben fatta. Molto buona. c. 1001birre.it 09.08.25

Best before 12/23, coming directly from the brewery. Tasting this can, yesterday, at night after an afternoon at the Bréguettaz. For an American ipa, this one is really smooth and fruity, note of mandarine and lychee, yeasty, malty, biter and citrus.

22/6/2025. Can from Trappistventotto, Giovinazzo. Enjoyed back in the house on the balcony overlooking Giovinazzo harbour. Pours hazy pale orange brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is dank, hoppy, ripe tropical fruits, orange, resin, caramel. Moderate sweetness with medium bitterness. Quite full bodied, smooth, light sparkling carbonation. Slight herbal and coconut notes to finish. A very good DIPA.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma nocciola fine media persistenza, colore ambrato carico velato, al naso malto tostato miele zucchero di canna frutta matura, in bocca malto tostato miele frutta secca uvetta zucchero di canna ben luppolata, corpo medio, lieve astringenza, carbonazione leggera, dolce con amaro moderato, media secchezza. Non pulitissima ma buona. c. Cantina della birra 12.04.25

This can is coming from Amstein, St-Légier, best before 02/24, tasting it, at home, two days ago, cold night, right beer before to sleep. This one is really smooth, creamy,not the impressio to get 8% of alcool, fruity, yeasty, bitter, fair tripel. 14.09.2024
