Cask days 2012. Hazy orange pour, very small white head. Soft funky aroma, light sourness with quite a bit of fresh cut grass, and some light citrus. Low bitterness, medium sour/funk. The finish is quite dry, with slme light citrus notes.

On tap at BarHop.
Hazy gold pour, small white head. Solid nose of lemon, orange and a little grapefruit. The hops do fad as it warms. Turns sweeter, and the malts come through. Cereals and pine are what is left near the end. High bitterness and resin finish.

cask days 2011.
light leafy tea aroma, some light bready malts. semi bitter finish with more of the leafy tea in the finish. this was pretty underwhelming, and boring. basically an amber ale with a hand full of lipton in it.

Good citrus hoppy nose, witha touch of sulphur, a la dogfish head 60 minute. The is a really nice grainy malt bill mixed in with those pungent hops. Very very good ipa for ontario.

On tap at c’est what?
Nice citrusy aroma, some light pine also. Impressive for an APA. The body is thin, some light malt, light caramel, with a light bitter finish. Im glad they went with the mad tom over this, but this is a nice session beer.

dark pour with a big mocha head.
Aroma of tart cranberries, cherries, sweet milk chocolate, and some light roasted malts.
The flavor wasn’t as impressive as the bouquet. Light roasted malt notes, touches of coffee, and a big dose of cocoa, bitter cocoa. There was a very slight tart "berry" in the flavor, but i can’t say it was definitively cranberry. The finish was semi-sweet with a touch of tart berry in the finish. The body was a touch watery, but overall i enjoyed it.

Yellow pour, small white head. Light hops on the aroma with some light grains snd bready malts. A little wattery, but it’s a decent beer, a great summer patio quencher.

Volo Cask Days 2009. Hops are subtle, and light, there are there, but the beer is also dominated by some big grassy notes. Flavor is solid, but pretty basic, but tasty.

6 pack from my local LCBO. Slightly malty nose, not much hops. Slight evegetal flavour and aroma. All in all for a buck a beer, it’s one of the better ones i’ve had. For a basic barebones boring lager, its decent.

341ml bottle, very grainy nose, and a very mealy/cereal/grainy flavour, the honey adds a slight sweet flavour, meh, not bad.
