Bottle. Dark brown to black color with a average frothy good lacing mostly lasting light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, burnt, dark chocolate, strong coffe. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

Cask at GBBF 2006. An orange beer with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma is sweet with light hoppy and fruity notes. The flavor has notes of fruits, flowers, and hops, as well as some lemon in sugar water, leading to a dry end. Drink it in the summer on the terrace.

Thin white head; hazy yellow body. Light citric peas hop aroma (EKG?). Light soft sweetish citric pea hop taste. Light fruit notes. Dry aftertaste. Nice! (0.5pt on cask.)

Cask gravity at The George, Bethersden. Hazy gold, lasting bubbly white head. Decent hop aroma, but then just a bit muddied, maybe not quite ready yet. Quite rich in mouth, like a lot of Titanic beers, but a bit of green apple too. Decent hop finish. Will be very drinkable in a day or two.

Cask handpull at Market Porter, Borough. Copper, thick off white head. Rich fruity flavour, typical of Titanic. Bit yeasty on aroma. Good fullness in mouth, rich flavours, some fruit. Bit of sickly malt too, but overall not terrific.
