33cl bottle, 5%, 2.90€. Peculiar bottle shape. Cloudy pale yellow, fizzy, quickly reducing white head. Citrusy soft-drink nose, carbonated. Aroma is spicy, probably coriander, floral, citrusy, grainy, yeast. Taste is sweetish to flat, but fresh. Highly carbonated. Medium bodied, dry finish with some yeast. A bit weird but not bad.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 11.10.2012, courtesy of rosenbergh, 20121208) The beer poured muddy coloured and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had baking yeast, sweetness, malts and Belgians style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, yeast, white bread, sweetness and low bitterness. Aftertaste was yeasty, malty and bitter. Too yeasty and bit unclean but otherwise ok.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Rich caramel nose, orange, honey, light spices. Rich a nice. Dark reddish brown with thin, fine lace. Fruity, rich caramel and chocolate, honey, a bit of alcohol, orange, spicy--clove and cinnamon. Tart citrus flavors from the faro try hard to balance the sweet malts, but fall a bit short. Interesting and nice.

330 ml bottle. Aroma of creamy milk chocolate, hazelnuts, malts. Kind of cloudy black with a pretty bubbly head. Dry, grainy falvor, coffee, dark chocolate, oatmeal stout-like with a bit of Belgian fruit and spice. Sweet, but finishes quite dry. A bit of blackberry in there too. Nice stout. Big grains. Soft, full mouth.

330 ml bottle. Tangy nose of lemon, orange, wheaty grains, and spice. Coriander added, I guess. Somewhat creamy but refreshing. Cloudy golden moving towards orange with lace. Rather sweet, fruity, lots of orange and coriander. Not bad, not at all cloying, as the spelt and citrus work to make it tangy. Pretty grainy, though, and not really exciting, but a good enough take on a Belgian Wit.

Bottle, 300 ml, as Classica. bottled July 2011. Yeasty, fruity aroma, peaches, orange, grass. The farro comes out for sure, and decent hops too. Very fragrant, some kind of flower, camomile? Also minerals. Deep orange-amber with a high, fine head. Very fruity flavor, grape, dry citrus, apples. Interesting. Yety, grassy, a bit metallic. Small flask bottle from Domus Birrae. Pours very dark brown with a slight foamy tan head. Aroma is lightly fruity. Med minus body. Flavor is lightly fruity (suggestion of Belgian wood fruits) with some almost sour darkish maltl. It’s very nice - seems to develop a little berry and coffee with time. Style? Still haven’t looked at the top of the page!

Bottle at So in Florence. Very dark and murky brown color, brown head. Nice chocolatey coffeegrounds aroma. Body is thin, but flavor is good.

A staff favorite at So in Firenze. Cloudy orange color, medium fluffy white head. Aroma of straw and white pepper. Taste has a malty start and a bitter finish, typical blonde beer. Nice.
