Description
Town Brewery was founded in 2017 with a simple goal in mind; to make better beer and build a stronger community. In addition to making quality liquids, we regularly collaborate with likeminded charities, bands and environmental groups on our Community Brews...donating a percentage of sales to a charity of their choice and giving the organizations a proper shout out on our social channels.
Our favourite beers tend to be modern pale ales and IPAs, but that won’t stop us from putting together more traditional lagers, or experimenting with sours. Our beers represent our passion for quality, our desire to be creative, and our openness to explore and experiment with brewing methods and recipes to bring beer drinkers a unique and unforgettable experience.
Our goal is to enhance the lives of everyone involved with our brewing process from grain to glass. We want to create good jobs for local people by producing beer made from quality ingredients, while being actively involved in local community projects and events. With a small but passionate staff, our aim is to strengthen the beer community around us.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has big allium notes, piney hops, some woodiness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is huge on the allium -- Oakes would hate this -- along with piney hops, some wood, and biscuity malt. Quite bitter, with a bit too much allium for my tastes, but it works pretty well. Good stuff.
