Description
Town Brewery was founded in 2017 with a simple goal in mind; to make better beer and build a stronger community. In addition to making quality liquids, we regularly collaborate with likeminded charities, bands and environmental groups on our Community Brews...donating a percentage of sales to a charity of their choice and giving the organizations a proper shout out on our social channels.
Our favourite beers tend to be modern pale ales and IPAs, but that won’t stop us from putting together more traditional lagers, or experimenting with sours. Our beers represent our passion for quality, our desire to be creative, and our openness to explore and experiment with brewing methods and recipes to bring beer drinkers a unique and unforgettable experience.
Our goal is to enhance the lives of everyone involved with our brewing process from grain to glass. We want to create good jobs for local people by producing beer made from quality ingredients, while being actively involved in local community projects and events. With a small but passionate staff, our aim is to strengthen the beer community around us.

Cloudy white blonde with a touch of tan in the undertones, fluffy white head. Taste is very bright top-of-mouth citrus, some perfume, resin, light malts, and that resin, but a little bitterness lingers. Quite nice.

Draft: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of juicy citrus hops notes with some hoppy floral undertones. Taste is also a mix of juicy citrusy hops notes with some hoppy floral undertones and light residual sugar notes. Body is about average full with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice juicy hops.

Can, pkd 3/22. Not far off opaque yellowish orange with a 3/2 cm white head. Big soft tropical fruit aroma with Asian pineapple, lime, white peach, the less stinky end of mango flesh, chewed crackers. And that's pretty much how it tastes - fairly sweet and fleshily fruity with that lime edge just stopping it from being flabby before a finish that's not very bitter but has a little hop burn. Good.
