Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from the brewery. Pours clear honey-gold with a creamy, white head. Has a little bit of tangy citrus in the nose, melon, tangerine, light funk. Surprisingly sweet, with some ripening citrus, a little salty sweat, melon, acetic bite, soft floral accents, some jammy orange. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Perhaps a little alcohol warmth in the finish, more salty bite, citric twang, just hints of woody tang, more orange and tangerine, a touch of honeydew and wheat. Nice depth. Great beer overall.

Creamy yellow orange some white foam. Spicy nose, some esters and a bit of funk. Tastes tart, some funk and bitterish notes covering fruity base. Finish is shortish, herbal a bit, satisfying. Funky finish too.

Tap at Three Penny, pours a sunset orange with white head. Nose is herbal and floral, malt and grist, light butter. Flavor follows with orange marmalade. Very herbal, patchouli. Finishes dry, medium bodied. 7 4 7 4 13

Bottle at a bottleshare: pours peachy golden with a white head. Aroma is bery fruity, nice yeasty notes. Taste is fruity, with plenty of citrus and kiwi, lightly sour. Nice aftertaste. Complex with a great body.

Sampled from bottle. Unclear golden color, white head. Smell and taste slightly malts, bretty, typical saison funk, yeasty and some citrussy fruitpeel notes. Dry finish. Alright. 7-3-7-3-15.
