YG 130424. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, citrus. Flavor is fruit, malt, citrus. Boring beer.

330ml bottle from Rune and Finn. Thanks both! Light to mid-brown, clear with a small and quickly dissipating off-white head. I’m getting date, fig, raisins, some caramel, molasses. Sweet taste with notes of Christmas pudding, a light suggestion of smoke. A little sour/bitter in the finish, with big molasses in the aftertaste. Oily body, a bit thin, low carbonation. Good.

Holy shit….it is probably difficult to get a beer more dull and uninteresting than this. Ok the brewery did not mean to create something fancy. But this is water with some malt flavor. [Can from a local grocery store in Halden, Norway]

Can. A clear golden colored beer with a dense, firm, creamy white head leaving lacing. The aroma is very weak, some fruityness, pale malts and citrus. It's medium to thin bodied, softly carbonated, and sort of papery. Not much bitterness. The flavor is just like the aroma, dull and uninteresting, both initially and through to the finish. Not much beeryness going on here. 240413

Did not mix very good with some strong cheese. But very nice alone. Deep amber pour and a fine head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Decent sweetness and a moderate bitterness. Loads of caramel, fruity and some spices in the flavor. [Can from a local grocery store in Halden, Norway]

0,5 boks fra Kiwi Hundvåg, sannsynligvis i ren desperasjon: klar lys gylden med fint skum som faktisk varer og innledningsvis en mild men citrusduft. Men her stopper gleden. Resten er som forventet av en lite-øl, dvs. lite av det meste. En rating er allikevel en rating, selv om halvparten av boksen gikk i vasken.

0.33l can, huge thanks djoeye! Dark colaish ruby-brown body, thick greyish-ochre head, gone soon. Dried fruit, caramel and light yeastiness in the aroma, bit earthy, slightly dusty. Lean, dry taste, dusty, tobacco, orange notes, tastes more boozy than the stated 4.7%. A decent, albeit imperfect Norwegian Christmas lager.

500 ml can, from Kiwi Tau. ABV is 4.5%. Crystal clear and very pale straw colour, small white head. Aroma of sweetish malts, grass, rotting vegetables, hints of sewage and vomit. Thin and citric mouthfeel. Flavour of malts, a little citrus, grain and very moderate bittering hops. Won't buy again.

Klar lys gul med hvitt skum som daler sakte. Aroma malt eple humle. Smak malt humle sitrus eple. Lett fylde, lett fruktig, moderat bitter. Boks fra Extra
