Starts grainy and watery. The mainpart is malt, slightly sweet, smooth and water. In the aftertaste malt, water. Not too sweet and highly drinkable.

Säuerlich-hefiger Gertuch. Der Antrunk ist muffig, leicht blumig-hopfig-frisch. Zum Hauptteil breitet sich die blumig-herbe Note weiter aus, ganz leicht milde Hefearomen kommen hinzu. Der Nachgeschmack bleibt herb-frisch und durch die Hefe angenehm mild. --> relativ herb, aber dafür mild-frisch. Interessantes Bier – und obwohl es auch bei Sünner gebraut wird zwar sehr ähnlich, aber doch etwas verschieden von deren Bio Colonia – meinem Geschmack nach etwas ausdrucksstärker und nicht ganz so mild! b) Sünner Bio Colonia
Der Antrunk ist muffig-säuerlich. Zum Hauptteil kommt eine leicht säuerliche, blumig-hopfige Note hinzu. Der Nachgeschmack ist mild-hefig, leicht säuerlich und angenehm mild-herb, dabei aber noch hopfig-blumig-frisch.

Geruch: Sehr hopfig-blumig; wie Pils. Geschmack: Sehr viel CO². Sehr weizen-untypisch: leicht herb im Nachgeschmack, schön hopfig-blumig, dabei hefig-süßlich. Wie Kölsch mit Weizen - sehr interessant!

Pale straw yellow served cask temp and method at bottleworks. Nose is lemony sweetness with lots of pale malts, bready bits and citrus. Creamy mouthfeel. Nice texture and taste is uber nice with a lot of sweetness at the finding

Bottle at Sünner im Walfisch. 26/8/13 aroma is plasticy phenols, orange. Dull cloudy small white head. Flavour is orange rind, bready wheat malt, slight chalk. Mid carbonation, flabby palate.

Tap at Sünner im Walfisch Koln 26/8/13 Grassy nose, pils malt. Flavour is slightly oxidised metalic stale malt. Mid carb, Watery thin palate. Some chalk.
