From tap at Ribalta, Milano, 16.06.23, after doint a text mining summer course at GSERM in St Gallen. Clear dark golden amber. Foamy, dense and persistent beige head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of dried apricot, various citrus, pine shoots, papaya and sweet malt. Well balanced.

Clean light thin bodied porter. Well made, super dry. Drankn st milan cirona time

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale Canary yellow, with moderate white foam. Aroma is nice of brett and lemony. Body is kind of thin with average carbonation. Taste is moderately sour and salty. Finish is short.

On tap @ Macao Beer Day 2016, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza, con bollicine fini. La consistenza del liquido è velata. Il perlage ha bollicine fini. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono lunghe e luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo, lungo e secco. L’aroma in bocca riporta sentori di miele, crosta di pane, cereali, frutta secca, resina, agrumi e pompelmo.
