Aus der Flasche (bottled 30.09.2024/bbe 30.09.2029) im 2025-08 getrunken. Dieses Ale ist im Flemish Red Stil und kommt mit einer moderaten Säure daher. Die Aromen erinnern an Rotwein, Eichenfässer, etwas Essig und leicht dreckige Farmhouse Noten. Tolle Handarbeit im Glas!

Aus der Flasche (bottled 10.2024/bbe 31.10.2029) im 2025-08 getrunken. Diess bronzene Ale kommt wirklich mit einem typischen Gueuze Aroma daher. Die Säure ist wunderbar ausgeglichen und der Körper ist recht kräftig. Ein tolles Ale wo die Balance begeistert!

Tap @Basement BB, Aalborg. Clear dark golden, white head. Sour, grassy, acetic aroma. Sour flavour, vinegar and mild acetone and malty sweetness. Juicy, puckering finish.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 04.2024/bbe 30.04.2029) im 2025-08 getrunken. Diese dunkelrote Ale kommt im typischen Flemsh Red stil daher. Hier zeigt sich auch deutlich der Weinfass-Einfluss und eine kräftige Säure, die irgendwo an Citrussäure und Weinessig erinnert. Ein schönes Ale!
