Bottle @ Fanø Tasting, July 2010. Pours hazy orange with a small creamy white head. Nose is rough and unrefined. Flavor is rubber, fruit, yeast and some heavy bitter hops in the end. Medium an smooth body.

Bottle. #65. It’s an almost clear, copper-colored beer topped by just a thin layer of bubbles. Sugary and slighlty fruity nose with dried fruits and some spices. The flavor is sugary sweet, with dried fruits, some peaches and alcohol. Full-bodied and warming mouthfeel, and a sweet finish with alcohol notes and bitterness. Maybe all that don’t sound too delicious, but actually it was a quite pleasant one. 091230

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. #66. It’s a dark golden beer, hazy, and with a small off-white head. Fruity and sugary on the nose, with some alcohol shining through. The flavor has a nice sugary sweetness with some bittering hops, but it gets a bit too sweet overall. Full body, and a pleasant level of carbonation. The finish is quite vinous and sweet, but with a good bitterness. A pleasant beer, but not a winner. 091230

Bottle, 6.7%. When the bottle is just opened, the aroma is clearly sweet elderflower, almost like an elderflower soft drink. Cloudy golden colour. Big semi-stable white head. The flavour is also distinctly elderflower, slightly sweet, but with enough beer taste along with it to make it good. Hint of yeast in the finish. OK rough bitterness.

Bottle 700ml.[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, toasted, hay, licorice. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100518]
