Bottled at Københavnske Øldage, May 06. Pale yellow, no head. Papery metal aroma. Sweet and mellow with unclean vegetable flavour. No bitterness. An awful excuse for a beer.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers GB! Poured with quite a large fizzy beige head that quickly dissipated into a very thin coating over the top. Aroma of berries, cherries, caramel. Still quite carbonated but quite a pleasant caramel fruity taste, but does not linger long. If less carbonated it would be better.

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. From Marek. Pours clear pale gold with a large frothy white head. Aroma of malt, grain, grass, citrus, stewed edge. Quite sweet with light bitterness and a tart edge. Moderate body, watery, oily, average carbonation. Fair.

ABV: 5.8%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230114]
