Bottled at Waza, Stockholm. amber, small head. Huge minty aroma with eukalypthus and honey. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Honey and eukalypthus. Sweet bread. Low bitterness.

Hazy dark blond colour with solid head. Aroma and flavour have light malt sweetness and orange rind bitterness. Well balanced and easy to drink. A vast improvement on their original offering.

A golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has flowers, sweet fruitness, mandarin. Taste has quite sweet fruitness, flowers, some spicyness. Medium bodied. Aromatic and nice beer.

330ml Bottle - Dark golden in colour. Herbal and yeasty aroma. The taste is yeasty with notes of sultanas, peach, yoghurt, caramel and herbs.

330ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Dried fruit, caramel and yeast in the aroma along with some fragrant and floral notes. The taste is similar but with added notes of apples and nuts.

A Trappist out of Italy? I have to get out more often. Eucalyptus? I have to get out more often. I’m pouring into my Teku glass, well, I used it for the previous beer, that’s why. Nice pour, dark body and a decent, mostly white head. I take a smell, hmm, definitely detecting some added ingredient. A taste, big improvement over the scent. I get apricot, banana, some yeastiness and a dollop of minty spice which must be the eucalyptus. Better than anticipated, that’s why you drink em.
