Gravity cask. Clear amber color, tan head. Aroma of bitter straw. The fruit and bitter combo with subtle whiskey didn’t do it for me.

Cask at Meridian Pint. Poured a rich copper color, slight haze with a thick, creamy looking head. Aroma was mildly sweet malts, cereal notes, a bit bready, a smattering of hops woven within the malts. Was expecting more.

10oz pour at the brewpub. Poured a nearly black color - initial look was pitch black, but was more cola-like, with ruby edges. Head was incredibly small, with some wispy notes on the edges. Aroma was heavy vanilla and oak notes, sweet, caramel malts, some light citrus notes. Pretty amazing. Flavor was nice sweet malts, sweetness, citrus note. Vanilla. Quite an enjoyable brew.
