Elysian Brewing Company operates three locations of which Elysian Capitol Hill is the main brewery and a full production brewery – Elysian Airport Way, in the Georgetown neighborhood (since 2011). Known both for classic styles and for flexibility and innovation, Elysian has brewed over 500 different recipes since opening in 1996. While Elysian’s brewers use a variety of unusual ingredients, they are seasonally notorious for their pumpkin beers. In 2015 Elysian joined AB InBevs' family of craft brands.

Draft pour pint at the Elysian Bar, SeaTac. Somehow avoided rating this over the last while, though not surprised, I had enough time to search around for new rates while waiting for a flight. Pours a clear pale gold. So clear I wish I could tag this hazy rating with a photo. Looks like the big name, same name, light pale lager next to it in the tap handles. Thin head. Modest, near absent aroma of soft grains and juicy fruit. Flavor is light as well, with a cool constant, slight citrus with no bite on the end. Bland IPA for me, though has a few decent qualities. Some melon linger. Alright.

Pours a hazy, amber-gold, with mid-sized head. Aroma is citrus and grass, some hop-pine. Flavor is grass, citrus, pine. Mouthfeel is fairly crisp. It's pretty good.

12 oz bottle, 2020 vintage, poured. Best by 12/15/25, listed at 13.8%. Dark brownish pour, thin head. Big bold bran, dark fruit, and whiskey notes. Lots of barrel on the nose. Flavor is surprisingly smooth for its strength, and I'm sure the 3 years has don't well for it. Big malts produce a soft sweetness, but its buried with barrel. Overall an awesome product here. Probably my new favorite offering from Elysian since after they did that thing. Excellent BA barleywine.

Sraft pour pint at Snohomish Golf. Somehow found a way to avoid this brew for a few months now, but ended up in an it's the only one I haven't rated scenario. Dense peach juice haze. Tons of pineapple on the nose. Flavor is barely sweet tropical fruit, mostly pineapple, with some lingering hop burn. A little chalky. Props to mcberko for introducing me to this sub-style
