330 ml. bottle sampled @ 20ste Zomerbierfestival. Hazy orange, big white bubbles make up the head. Nose is odd milky sweet, heavy, yeast, sugar,… Taste is fizzy milky yeast, spoiled yoghurt, insect killer, raw off-milky dough,… Quite unpleasant,… Really not liking this one.

Bottled, gusher warning. Amber colour, rich off-white fluffy head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly, nice floral notes. Flavour is quite similar. A nicely hoppy Belgian ale. Pleasant.

Mild gusher! Hazy gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Something of a surprise when a whole hop cone popped out! Palate is airy, semi dry and mildly crispy. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Touch of spicy yeasty twang. Modest floralness and mild citrus and hop spice. Light semi dry finish. Not bad.

Trevlig

(Bottle, Staminee de Garre, Brugge, 23 Oct 2014) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with dried fruit, apricots and spicy hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried fruit, crisp-bread, apricots and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, fairly dry for a tripel. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.
