75cl bottle shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah @ Broken Benzai tasting. Hazy pale orange color, huge soapy instantly diminishing white head. Not a whole lot of aroma. Taste some malts, some sourness from the wood and Jenever, lightly a touch of alcohol. Fizzy carbonation, medium body. Not nearly as good as expected.

2/III/14 - 33cl bottle from De Bierloods / Zytholoog (Adegem) @ home - BB: 5/IV/14 (2014-237)

Clear dark blond beer, aery big fizzy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: candy, sweet, orange peel, caramel, bit oxidized, marzipan, sweet malts. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit fruity start, lots of orange peel, bitter and hoppy, citrus, bit malty, some marzipan. Aftertaste: caramel, pretty sweet, bit sugary, little sourish, citric touch, very fruity, honey, canned peaches with syrup. I don't know why, but I love this beer. Just very well balanced and complex enough, I guess?

330ml Bottle - Warning! This beer is a bit of a gusher! Hazy amber in colour. Peach, sultanas, yeast and apricot in the aroma. Tangy, hoppy and slightly sweet taste with sultanas, peach and toffee standing out. It’s a shame this bottle was such a gusher as I didn’t get to drink much of it!

330ml bottle as Deventer Tripel, drunk in Deventer. Didn’t have high hopes for this but it actually didn’t turn out that bad. A bit lighter than standard Belgian tripels, but the yeast is doing it’s job and the flavour profile is there but again, not as full-on as the usual suspects.

Shared bottle thanks to Kermis. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is big Belgian yeast and citrus fruit. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a grassy nettle hop pine needle malt yeast palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle @ Fynsk Brunsviger er kommet til Ulfborg for at blive , som streger i dine hvide underbukser. Day 2. Pours hazy golden with a egg white head. Yeast, hops and fruit. Totally overcarbonated. Dry and hoppy flavor with a mild yeasty note. Drinkable.

Vestjysk Vinter Vanvid januar 2014. Gusher. Cloudy yellow with a big white head. Yeasty aroma with a touch of grassy hops. Dry grassy and herbal flavour with yeasty notes. As most home brewers probably know, dry hopping in the bottle is an incredibly stupid gimmick, resulting in ruined clothes and table cloths, and lots of wasted beer.
