A slight soapiness in the aroma. Firm but soft hopbitterness in the flavor. Also a fine grassy hopbitter aftertaste. Well balanced beer, in spite of the flaws in the aroma.

Soft orange aroma. A soft bitter flavor with some chalk and orange. Everything in a kölsch is soft and fairly well balanced and this one is no exception. Very drinkable, but not distinctive.

Hardly any noticeable aroma. A bit thinnish, light notes of apple and orange in the flavor. Very light hoppy aftertaste. Supermarket kölsch. Not unpleasant, but just bland.

11 ounce swing top bottle. A soft bitterness in the flavor. Just a bit grassy with a hint of orange. Typical kölsch with the emphasis on drinkability. Good and tasty example of the type.
