Very cloudy beige blond beer, big creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down rather quickly, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely, pretty dank, very fruity, cheesy touch, tropical fruits, sweet impression, a bit earthy. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very fruity, juicy, a bit dank, good, resinous hops, lovely stuff. Aftertaste: sweet, very fruity, good bitterness, tropical fruits, citrus, lovely!

Pretty clear pale blond beer, big solid creamy frothy white head, a bit irregular, unstable, collapses with a lot of patches of snowy foam clinging to the glass. Aroma: nice, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, some oranges, mango, lychee, lots of citrus, lovely! MF: ok carbon, medium body, creamy texture. Taste: very fruity start, some citrus, lots of tropical fruit, slightly sweet, a bit malty, good bitterness. Aftertaste: more fruity, juicy, a bit grassy, nice bitterness, grapefruit, mango, lovely beer, I really like it.

Cannette 33cl à Planchette, Etterbeek.
Pâle présentant un léger voile, col blanc.
Arôme sur un boquuet 'dank' classique du Sorachi. Ce dernier confère un excellent bouquet herbacé de l'aneth avec une pointe d'agrumes et un léger floral en rétro-nasal.
Palais est plaisant avec une bonne note de malt pâle, bien houblonné qui met l'accent sur le Sorachi Ace - herbacé, pointe d'aneth, léger retour 'bready' en fin de bouche avec une bonne amertume.

Good white head over veiled, if bright yellow beer. Grapefruit, fruitrind, unripe strawberry, cucumber. Cypress flavour, again cucumber; other grains. Sweet and malty, maybe tasting a bit tired. Finish has again grapefruit. Not very carbonated, slick, hopoily. OK, but suffering from the malt overdose, no doubt needed for balancing. Txs to Stef!
