Beautiful, rich caramel malt backbone. Light citrus and fruity notes. Sweet but finishes clean, with tonnes of taste for a 4.7 ale/lager.

A well laced off-white head on a bark brown body. Nose is roasted coffee, choc and carmel malt. Another solid, well balanced stout from Beaus. The roasted coffee is complimented by dark chocolate, caramel malt, brown sugar, mineral water and ripe cherries.

A thin white head on a raspberry coloured body. The nose is a mild blend of berries, salt and sour. An easy drinking sour with a soft blend of rhubarb and raspberries. Slightly sweet and a hint of salt. If you told me this was not beer, I would believe you.

A malt and brown sugar nose, low white head and a dark amber body. A mild, well blended and probably authentic rendition of a wee heavy scotch ale. Much cleaner and understated than the North American wee heavies on the market today. Sweet malt, caramel, roasted grain and some sweet berries, but not overly sweet - the major drawback of most wee heavies. A different but enjoyable take at 7% abv.

The bones of a Kolsch with some more prominent ale characteristics. Sweet pilsner-like malt, grain, honey and splashes of citrus and field berries. Crisp, clean and balanced

An amber/tea coloured body with a dense off-white head. The nose is soft grainy malt with hints of honey and chocolate. A tasty new world take on the classic ESB. The hint of fruity hops is blended well with classic ESB elements - dark sweet caramel malt, grain, honey and mixed nuts, which come out as the beer approaches room temperature. A satisfying ale.

Sweet roasted malt, chocolate and a hint of fruity hops on the nose. Taste leads with rich balanced elements - European malt with caramel, a touch of dark berries and coffee. Doesn't become overly sweet though. Finishes with a clean but flavourful blend of dark malty tastes.

A dense but low, well laced white head. Golden body with evident suspended matter. The nose has a powerful roasted biscuit malt presence with grapefruit, orange and tropical fruit notes. The 85 IBUs and big C/NZ hop combo are definitely there. Hop taste elements include orange, lemon and grapefruit on the citrus side, melon and kiwi on the tropical side, and a hint of resin. The rich body and prominent biscuit malt balance it out nicely. Rich, dense and hoppy, but still finds a way to be refreshing. A great beer.
