Yeast, a touch of banana, spice and citrus on the nose. A really lively saison with juicy citrus hops, fruit rind, yeast, grass, and some grain. Stays fruity but dry in the mouth. Well blended with lots going on for a 4.7% ABV offering.

A beautiful looking beer - fluffy, dense and well laced white head on an iridescent straw body. The nose features spice, citrus fruit and milled wheat. Tasty and fresh. Citrus hops along with melon and mango. A touch of Belgian yeast, spice and wheat lightness add to the profile. A nice clean dry hop finish.

this settles it. Beaus can actually do everything well. An IPA with knarley hops, fresh punch and a nice supporting cast of sweet malt and cereal. Grapefruit rind, lemon, lime and orange in the fruit forward along with some resin. High/medium carbonation hits the spot and balances the slightly slick mouth feel.

Another hit in the wild oats series. A dense light tan head on a dark brown body. The nose starts with Belgian yeast, then moves into ripe berries, brown sugar and raisins. Roasted malt, raisins, plums, candied fruit, prunes and brown sugar lead a solid and engaging taste profile. A touch of sour cherries and banana from the Belgian yeast round it out. Smooth mouth feel and a nice light, fine carbonation like many Belgian style beers. A quad that is deep in taste and richness, but doesn’t fall into the trap of being too sweet.

a beautifully fresh but understated ale. An off white head on a light caramel coloured body. The nose is roasted grain, fruit, light hops and honey. The blend of tastes is roasted grain, berries, gentle citrus hops, light butterscotch and a touch of hazelnuts. Subtle, but fresh and flavourful.

A well laced light tan head on a black/brown body. Nose features chocolate, coffee, roasted oats and a touch of cream. A really nice mixture of schwarzbier tastes, pumped up a notch towards imperial status. Chocolate, molasses, toasted malt and oats, some citrusy hops, mild coffee and cream. Stays crisp, but has a slightly slick mouth feel. Not cloying, though.

A subtle and well balanced contribution to the Wild Oats Series. A mild ale-like base works well with the two South Africa teas. Slightly tart and quite dry, the extra spice and touch of honey keep it smooth and refreshing.

A well laced pillowy white head on a straw pilsner body. The nose features oats, coffee and pilsner malt. Another understated, well blended hit for the Wild Oats Series. Pilsner malt, roasted oats, citrus, melon and coffee work well together to create a refreshing but complex pilsner hybrid. A nice piece of craftsmanship.

A murky mahogany body topped by a dense off white head. The nose is very appealing with elements of cinnamon, caramel and fruity hops. One of the most appealing of the Beau’s \"ancient recipe\" beers. Spices lead the taste parade with cloves, cinnamon and pumpkin notes up front. There is a slight metallic edge or a hint of menthol underneath and the 35 IBUs poke their heads out in the form of citrus and floral accents. It is all well supported by a strong caramel malt backbone. Nice integration of somewhat unusual tastes.

A translucent amber body. Delicate, pure white head with top to bottom lacing. A very appealing nose features sweet malt, sourness, mixed fruit, and a hint of rye spice and cooked vegetables. An pretty saison with spice up front including lavender, rosemary and corriander. There is an almost Brett like vegital funkiness to it and some rindy citrus fruit and straw. Very smooth but not too sweet. Fuzzy effervescence helps keep it dry.
