From tap at the brewpub. Unclear yellow color with off white head. Malty aroma, grainy, hay, light grass and light citrus. Sweet light bitter taste. Light to medium thin to oily body with soft carbonation.

Cloudy dark blond colour. Aroma has some apple, grape and floral notes. Very much a sweet and sour beer with the emphasis on sweet. Fairly syrupy and thick. Again background floral notes and a touch of aniseed. More interesting than it is tasty.

Sampled @ CRAFT Frankfurt 2017. Sehr trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch ist sehr nussig, hefig, Karamell. Geschmack ist hefig, karamellig, sehr nussig, trocken, toll.

Geruch nach Brombeere. Süffig getreidiger Beginn, leicht hefig, helles Malz. Mein Eindruck von Brombeeren weicht dabei nicht, auch wenn keine wirkliche Fruchtigkeit vorhanden ist. Holzig, gelungen. 11/10/10/9//10
