Swing-top bottle shared at home with Colin - picked up from the brewery. Pours clear brown with a dense, creamy tan head. Lovely toasted brown bread in the nose, a bit of dough. Light-medium sweet flavor with lots more brown bread, some toffee, toasted sugars. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet and malty on the finish with further toffee character, toasty brown bread, minimal bitterness. For what it is, I’m a huge fan.

Swing-top picked up at the brewery. Pours mostly clear golden-orange with a creamy white head. Lots of corn and cereal in the aroma, some pale bread, biscuits. Light sweet flavor with more biscuits, some cornbread, lightly tangy citrus (lemon), mild hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes sweet with more cereal, biscuits, corn, ripe lemon, straw, grains. Decent overall. Pretty drinkable stuff.

Intensiv hell hopfiger Antrunk, in dem blumige auf intensiv kräuterartige Noten treffen. Das Ganze steigert sich im Mittelteil, dabei bleibt das Bier harmonisch rund. Lang anhaltender Nachgeschmack, intensiv hopfig, weich. Zitronenmelisse, grasig, super! 12/14/13/14//14

Runder, dunkel malziger Antrunk, mittelstark hopfig. Im Mittelteil deutlich schokoladig werdend, kaum bitter, nur zum Ende hin ist eine leichte Bitterkeit hintergründig vorhanden. Vollmundig, etwas zitronig, gut. 12/11/12/12//12

Würziger Antrunk mit deutlicher Herbe, die sich gut einfügt. Im Mittelteil ohne Änderung, was aber nicht schlimm ist, da die Aromen harmonisch sind. Spritzig, süffig, minimal bitter. Gut. 12/12/10/12//11

Hefiger, leicht bananiger Antrunk mit süß rauchigen Noten. Angenehm fruchtig, wenig herb, süffig. Die Rauchigkeit bleibt im Hintergrund, dass Bier harmonisch. Mild rauchig, insgesamt gut gelungen. 13/12/11/11/11/11

Flasche von koelschtrinker, vielen Dank! Trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch rauchig, hefig, fruchtig. Geschmack sehr fruchtig, hefig, süß, etwas holzig, rauchig.
