On tap at the brewpub. A clear-looking dark brown beer with a creamy light beige head. Curtains. The aroma is on the malty side, with roasted malts, coffee and a touch of hoppy bitterness. It's full-bodied and creamy on the palate, a bit heavy on the carbonation, with a suitable bitterness level. It's lightly sweet, with a light fruity hoppyness, and dominated by roasted malts. Some coffee flavor too. Lasting finish. Not very true to style, but sure nice anyway. 190607

Nice fizzy-creamy longlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry grainy, hay, dried grain, grass, minerals, paper, bark, weeds, flowers, hints of cereal. Taste is dry sour-ish mineraly, hay, weeds, bark, paper, sour grass, dried grain, soil, cardboard, wash cloth. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Ser ut som appelsinjuice. Grumsete. Skumring. Klementinaroma. Smaken syrlige plommer & sitrusfrukt.

Banan? Masse banan!
