Bottle. Pours pale yellow with a large white head that dissipates with good lacing. Aroma is faint corn syrup, grain, and caramel. Flavor is grainy with lightly sweet corn and a light grassy bitter finish.

Bottle shared at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks Hansen & Zita for this bottle! Clear golden. Aroma of skunk and DMS. Sweetish grainy flavor with a drier finish with light bitterness. Light-bodied.

Bottled at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok. Clear pale yellow, minimal head. Fruity vegetable aroma. Cidert and light bodied. Mid sweet, notes of orange. No bitterness.

Canned, from Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Very pale yellow, small but persistant head. Sweet and fruity, with sloppy syrupy mouthfeel. Almost no flavour, perhaps slight grain and boiled vegetables. No btterness. Really bad.

First Singaporean beer for me. Pours a crystal clear pale golden color with light amounts of visible carbonation. It has flavours of sweet corn malts and some rice malts. This was one of better asian beers. It’s really refreshing.

Draft at the Green Man, Kuala Lumpur. Light amber pour, highly carbonated with a frothy head and some lacing. Served cold, which to be honest it probably needs. It won’t get any better the warmer it becomes! There is almost no aroma and if I’m really honest not a lot of taste either! There is a slight malty, hoppy bitterness in the taste and palate. It really is a bad beer, but it will quench your thirst on a hot day, but then so will water, which this beer is pretty close to! What were Heineken thinking of when they bought the company! Ah, but given their own track record they probably thought this was a very drinkable beer :-) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Black colour with a beige head. Roasted malt and chocolate aroma. Roasted malt, coffee and chocolate flavour. Actually quite nice with ice cubes.

500 ml can. Pours a clear gold with lots of carbonation and little head. Cereal to the nose. Can’t really taste anything. Maybe a little honey and cereal. Water substitute.

As Tiger beer, Asia Pacific Breweries Vietnam. Not sure if it was an import to Vietnam, or locally brewed.
Clear golden colour, small dissipating head. Aroma of adjunct, light grass, some cloves. Flavour of sweet corn, adjunct, light bitter hops, dough, rather sweet. Quite sticky, finish malts and dough.
Not the best lager ever.
