Description
Opening its production and tap room doors in October of 2011, NoDa Brewing Company has since become one of the Charlotte area’s winningest breweries – with silver and gold medals from the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Cup.

With a collective passion for home brewing and exemplary craft beer, Suzie Ford (President & Co-Founder), Todd Ford (Vice President & Co-Founder), and Chad Henderson (Head Brewer & Co-Owner) teamed up to create a craft brewing identity that would connect to and grow alongside their beloved city of Charlotte. Since opening in the spring of 2011, NoDa Brewing Company received a warm welcome and has since expanded to three locations (The OG, NorthEnd, and the CLT airport) and continues to be one of the crown jewels of the Queen City.

Refrigerated aluminum can poured into a cup. Clear light amber with small white head. Aroma is maple syrup, lighter body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste and s off maple syrup.

Can, Thanks to Travlr. Pours clear dark golden with large foamy whitish head, faint orange peel aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter grapefruit-orange peel taste, faintly floral, thin body, long finish. Decent brew.

On tap at Growlers Pour House. Clear red with small pink head. Aroma is light cranberry, medium/light body, low carbonation, and good small bubble lacing. Taste is nice tart cranberry.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is guava, honey, oak, yeast. Slick body, lemon, guava, boozy mess.

Draft at Pizza Peel on Central. Cloudy to murky color small white head. Big orange and tangerine aroma. Taste is bitter orange. I do like that it's bitter...

Pours dark brown into a shaker. Mocha head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Dusty cocoa aromas. Soft with chocolate syrup and coconut upfront turning to a dusty cocoa finish.

Pours a clear gold with some frothy, white head. Nose is floral, candy, honey, corn. Flavor has flowers, yeast, pale grist, honey. Sweet finish.

Shared by M Howard last night, thanks for the hookup! Dark inky black with an off white head that persists. Rich roasty chocolate with hints of caramel and a nondescript fruitiness. There is a lingering warming spice in the background that some other people said was too much but I enjoyed the hell out of this beer!

Draft at Moo & Brew in Charlotte. Cloudy yellow color medium white head. Lemon lime aroma. Taste is tart lemon. Straightforward .
