Can thanks to Graeme. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is tropical fruit and wet hop. Medium mouthfeel with a fruity hop, citrus and light bitterness. Very good.

16 oz can. Canning date of 06/02/2012. Hazy amber color with little head in the snifter. Aroma is grainy (like spent grain in a mash to)with Earthy, leafy hops. Hints of pine and caramel. Flavor is much the same with dirty, earthy bitterness that only lingers for a short while after the finish. After reading the Description on the can I was expecting much more brighter hop profile. Nothing that stands out. I would just like to add that I was drinking 3 day old Heady Topper yesterday so comparing it to that is not fair.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a black color with a large fluffy tan-brown head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was chocolate, vanilla, wood and coconut. The flavor was bitter with toasty malts, chocolate, vanilla, wood, coconut, a hint of coffee and crisp floral hops. Long finish. Medium body.Quite nice.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a bright orange color with a small off whitehead that left decent lacing. The aroma was pine, citrus, perfume and was a bit dank. The flavor was sour and bitter dank hops, pine and catbox. Logn sour pine and catbox finish. Ok.

Half pint at the Good Bottle Co. Pour black, with a small, tan head. The aroma is coffee, bitter chocolate, some light smokiness, and just a hint of coconut. Sweet flavor up front, but with an abrasive, roasted bitterness in the finish. Medium to heavy body, thick, and smooth. Overall, this has the aroma and mouthfeel to be a nice porter, but the flavor is just too unpleasant for me.

Tall boy can shared by Vance at Ale Alpharetta. Pours dark orange, with a thin head. The aroma is orange peels, resin, some light toffee, and hay. Strong bitterness, with a good, light malt profile. Medium body, sticky, a little grainy, and effervescent. This is a well-made, flavorful, and approachable IPA. Nothing outstanding, but very solid.

Tap at A Taste of Carolina, CLT. Poured an almost black brown color with coffee, chocolate, roasted malts. Flavor was a bit nutty, malt forward, some toasty notes. Very flavorful, quite an enjoyable porter.
